The Fear

Not to be confused with the Mark Wahlberg stalker flick Fear released in 1996, The Fear was a horror flick also from 1995. I don’t recognize most names in the cast but there is a cameo by one of the masters of horror, Wes Craven.

Children of the Corn with Mark Hamill?

Ok, so I tried to find which on this is but it turns out he was actually in Village of the Damned from 1995. These movies can be confused as their premises care very similar ie small towns and weird possessed kids. But Mark Hamill wasn’t the only famous face in that movie, he shared the screen with Christopher Reeve and Kirstie Alley. And according to IMDB, Seth Meyers was uncredited in the movie for playing a Trooper and John Carpenter is credited under the name “Rip Haight” who appears briefly as “Man at Gas Station Phone”.

Missing Star Trek Voice

Ok, I now this will be shocking but I made a mistake about Star Trek. Shocker, I know. But when I looked it up it was that originally they were only going to bring back William Shatner and Leonard Nemoy to voice but Nimoy refused to come back unless they brought in the other actors. But there is one voice missing, Walter Koenig, as Chekov is not in the animated series.

Short Ciruit

The first installment in this series came out in 1986, about a military robot that is struck by lightening and becomes alive. It is a silly movie that has a soft spot in my heart….but i do have a problem with the sterotypical depiction they have. The clip below is frm the 2nd movie that is a perfect example of what I mean

Also here is a clip that features the Los Locos chant. This also made me realize this was filmed in Toronto. In this clip alone there are a couple of very recognizable locations including Duncan St, Bay and Front, and Bay and King St.
