My First Email Address
So I misspoke. I was thinking about it and I remember having my email really early, earlier than anyone I knew besides my immediate family, and I had it mainly because I had a pen pal. We switched to email and that would more likely have been in 92 or 93. So around the same time Adam got his first email address.
Russian Time Zones
Adam was correct, Russia does have 11 time zones going from Kaliningrad Time (UTC+02:00) to Kamchatka Time (UTC+12:00)
